Tips About Tufting Perfect Circles

1, For me, the chunkier the marker, the easier it is to be steady. I really like using sharpie chisel tip markers.

And it's just about going slow and taking your time. Tracing accurately is arguably as important as tufting accurately imo. Sometimes it takes me 30 mins to trace even a simple design.

2, You can always do the sharpie/string truck! Tie a string to your marker, hold it firmly in the center of your circle (adjusting the length to fit the size of the circle), and then pull the string taut while moving it around the circle.

3, LOTS AND LOTS of short bursts with the gun, and perfecting in carving!
