What is your preferred method of finishing / backing a rug?
Glue, dry, cut out & cut and fold in your cloth, spray adhesive glue, apply your finishing (backing) fabric& glue edges
Or
Glue, apply finishing (backing) while on frame, cut, fold in both cloth and backing fabric & apply twill tape
