Should you outline a section before tufting?

Outline first.Keep about a 1/16th of space in between colors. That would eliminate a lot of that by it’s almost inevitable to have some of that to some degree.

Once I’m finished I go in with my scissors and run then through the gap to separate the two colours if there’s a few crossed. Maybe widen the gap between the two.
