Why The Tufting Lines Get Loose And Curved?

1, May be that your yarn is not freely spooling enough so this may be tension from the yarn itself.

2, It's a.... Timing issues not being a timing issue with your machine but a timing issue between the machine and you....

3, With that being said there's nothing wrong with that little piece hanging off there it's just if you collect it just to be making it clean because you going to cover that up with that you don't have to become..... Then you need to get in better time with your machine like how the machine if you don't push it it will knock a hole but if you get in the same arithmetic time with the machine you have less of those bulky spots.....

4, It's almost like playing an instrument... If you miss on the 4th beat you messed the song up.... Think of it is dancing if you miss on the 8th beat you're off beat on the song so now you look crazy dancing... Hope this help.

5, Change your cut pile scissors. Order a new one and it’ll solve everything. Your scissors is not cleanly cutting the yarn so it pinches some of the yarn and pulls it back when it’s exiting. I’ve had this problem twice before and both times i ordered a new scissors and everything worked.

6, I find it comes out like this if your leading the gun to much. Like forcing it to travel faster than it wants to. Try pressing hard into the fabric. And letting the gun move itself a up.

7, It looks like a tension issue. you could press harder into fabric, make sure the foot of your gun is flush with the fabric and make sure your fabric is tight on the frame.
